ग्लोबल रिसर्च एंड AI स्कॉलर हब रिपॉजिटरी में आपका स्वागत है। इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर कोई भी दस्तावेज़ (रिसर्च पेपर, लेख, प्रीप्रिंट आदि) अपलोड करके, आप निम्नलिखित नियमों और शर्तों से पूरी तरह सहमत होते हैं।
1. Copyright & Ownership (कॉपीराइट और स्वामित्व)English:Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. You must only upload documents for which you hold the copyright or have explicit permission to share publicly (e.g., Open Access articles, Pre-prints, or Author Accepted Manuscripts). Do not upload paywalled or copyrighted materials owned by commercial publishers (like Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis, etc.) without permission.
हिंदी:उपयोगकर्ता अपने द्वारा अपलोड की गई सामग्री के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार हैं। आपको केवल वही दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करने चाहिए जिनके कॉपीराइट आपके पास हैं या जिन्हें सार्वजनिक रूप से साझा करने की आपके पास अनुमति है (जैसे ओपन एक्सेस लेख, प्री-प्रिंट या ऑथर एक्सेप्टेड मैन्युस्क्रिप्ट)। बिना अनुमति के किसी भी कमर्शियल पब्लिशर (जैसे Elsevier, Springer आदि) की कॉपीराइट सामग्री यहाँ अपलोड न करें।
2. Platform Liability (प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की जिम्मेदारी)English:Classic Indic Press and the Global Research & AI Scholar Hub act merely as an open-access service provider and hosting platform. We do not claim ownership of user-uploaded content. The platform and its administrators will not be held legally or financially liable for any copyright infringement or plagiarism committed by individual users.
हिंदी:क्लासिक इंडिक प्रेस और ग्लोबल रिसर्च एंड AI स्कॉलर हब केवल एक ओपन-एक्सेस सेवा प्रदाता और होस्टिंग प्लेटफॉर्म के रूप में कार्य करते हैं। हम उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा अपलोड की गई सामग्री के स्वामित्व का दावा नहीं करते हैं। किसी भी व्यक्तिगत उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा किए गए कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन या साहित्यिक चोरी (Plagiarism) के लिए यह प्लेटफ़ॉर्म और इसके व्यवस्थापक कानूनी या वित्तीय रूप से जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे।
3. DMCA Take-Down Policy (सामग्री हटाने की नीति)English:We strictly respect intellectual property rights. If you are a publisher or author and find your copyrighted material uploaded here without authorization, please email us immediately with the exact URL/link of the document. We will review the claim and remove the infringing content within 24 to 48 hours.
हिंदी:हम बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों (Intellectual Property Rights) का कड़ाई से सम्मान करते हैं। यदि आप एक प्रकाशक या लेखक हैं और आपको अपनी कॉपीराइट सामग्री यहाँ बिना अनुमति के अपलोड की हुई मिलती है, तो कृपया दस्तावेज़ के सटीक लिंक (URL) के साथ हमें तुरंत ईमेल करें। हम दावे की समीक्षा करेंगे और 24 से 48 घंटों के भीतर उस सामग्री को हटा देंगे।
4. Data Storage & Backups (डेटा स्टोरेज और बैकअप)English:While we strive to keep our databases secure and online, we do not guarantee permanent storage of uploaded files. The platform is not responsible for any loss of data due to server crashes or technical issues. Authors are advised to always keep a personal backup of their files.
हिंदी:हालाँकि हम अपने डेटाबेस को सुरक्षित और ऑनलाइन रखने का पूरा प्रयास करते हैं, लेकिन हम अपलोड की गई फ़ाइलों के स्थायी रूप से सुरक्षित रहने की गारंटी नहीं देते हैं। सर्वर क्रैश या तकनीकी समस्याओं के कारण किसी भी डेटा हानि के लिए प्लेटफ़ॉर्म ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है। लेखकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे हमेशा अपनी फाइलों का निजी बैकअप अपने पास रखें।
5. Account Suspension (अकाउंट सस्पेंशन)English:The administration reserves the right to delete any uploaded paper or suspend user accounts that repeatedly violate copyright rules or upload spam/inappropriate content without prior notice.
हिंदी:प्रशासन के पास बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी अपलोड किए गए पेपर को हटाने या उन उपयोगकर्ता खातों को निलंबित (Suspend) करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है जो बार-बार कॉपीराइट नियमों का उल्लंघन करते हैं या स्पैम सामग्री अपलोड करते हैं।
