(Published by Classic  Indic Press)

1. General Provisions and Submission Agreement

By submitting a manuscript to ANVESHAN: International Journal of Humanities, Cultural and Social Sciences, the submitting author(s) explicitly agree to abide by the terms, conditions, and editorial policies outlined herein. Authors must confirm that all listed co-authors have reviewed, approved, and authorized the final version of the submitted work prior to evaluation.

2. Open Access Licensing and Copyright Policy

Copyright Retention: Authors retain full, unrestricted copyright and publishing rights to their original work published in ANVESHAN.

Creative Commons Licensing: All published articles are made immediately and permanently available online under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Reuse Rights: Under this license, readers and the broader academic community are permitted to share, copy, distribute, transmit, and adapt the work in any medium or format, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original author(s) and ANVESHAN as the original place of publication.

3. Article Processing Charges (APC) and Waiver Policy

ANVESHAN is committed to maintaining a sustainable, high-quality open-access publishing workflow without compromising editorial rigor.

Article Processing Charge (APC): To cover essential operational expenses—including open-access web hosting, editorial administration, double-blind peer-review management, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, digital archiving, and global indexing—an APC is applicable.

Post-Acceptance Billing: The publication fee is charged only after a manuscript has successfully completed the double-blind peer-review process and received a formal recommendation for publication by the Chief Editor. There are no fees charged for article submission or initial desk evaluation.

Financial Waivers & Equity Support: To ensure financial constraints do not hinder scholarly dissemination:

Low-Income Economies: Corresponding authors affiliated with institutions in countries designated as “Low-Income Economies” (according to World Bank classifications) may apply for a 100% full fee waiver.

Lower-Middle Income Economies: Corresponding authors from “Lower-Middle Income Economies” may apply for a 50% partial fee waiver.

Waiver requests must be formally submitted to the editorial desk during the initial manuscript submission phase.

4. Author Warranties and Intellectual Property Responsibilities

Originality & Non-Duplication: Submission of a manuscript implies that the work is entirely original, has not been published previously in any print or digital media, and is not currently under review or consideration by any other journal, book chapter, or conference platform.

Third-Party Permissions: Authors bear sole legal responsibility for securing written copyright permissions from copyright holders for the reproduction of any third-party materials (including long quotations, diagrams, maps, photographs, tables, or artwork) included in their manuscript.

Indemnification & Copyright Violations: In cases of plagiarism, copyright infringement, or unauthorized utilization of third-party intellectual property, the author(s) shall remain solely accountable. Neither ANVESHAN nor Classic  Indic Press shall be held liable or made a party to legal disputes arising from author negligence or copyright breaches.

Royalty Disclaimer: Authors acknowledge that ANVESHAN and Classic  Indic Press operate as an open-access academic publisher and do not pay royalties, financial compensation, or honorary fees to authors or artistic contributors for published works.

5. Peer Review Transparency & Academic Integrity Initiative

Beginning with our inaugural volume (Volume 1, Issue 1, 2026), ANVESHAN adheres to an enhanced academic transparency protocol.

Where editorially appropriate and agreed upon by participating scholars, anonymized peer-reviewer evaluations and author response summaries may be archived alongside the final Version of Record to demonstrate the thoroughness and rigor of our manuscript evaluation process.

Authors agree to engage constructively with the editorial board during all stages of revision and verification.

6. Archiving, Self-Archiving, and Repository Rights

Repository Deposit: Authors are fully authorized and encouraged to archive the publisher’s final version (Version of Record PDF) of their article in institutional repositories, subject-specific archives (such as ResearchGate, Academia.edu, or SSRN), and personal academic websites immediately upon publication.

Preservation Framework: All published volumes are permanently preserved across redundant digital server networks and open-access repositories to guarantee perpetual accessibility for researchers worldwide.

7. Governance and Policy Modifications

Classic  Indic Press reserves the right to modify, amend, or update the publication policies, guidelines, and Terms and Conditions of ANVESHAN at any time to align with evolving international academic standards, legal requirements, or indexing protocols.

Continued submission of manuscripts following published policy updates constitutes formal acceptance of the revised terms.
